What am I? I am Louver or Louvre
This is the answer to yesterday’s “What am I?”
Louver or Louvre – the spelling depends on where you live. I allow airflow when used on wardrobe doors and window shutters. I can also be seen in windows made from glass or on outdoor living adjustable shutter roofs to allow the light to come in, provide airflow, and to stop the water coming in when it rains. I am simply a set of angled slats fixed or hung at regular intervals in a door, shutter, or screen to allow air or light to pass through. I can also be seen used as a vertical louver blind.
I am putting up a few Interior Design Brain Teasers to see if you know some of the terms used in Interior Design.
It’s all for fun, feel free to share it with your friends if you think they will be interested. Look out for tomorrow’s Interior Design Brain Teaser from WillowCollege.com and there are plenty more.

Louvers used here on an interior shutter, they can be used to block out the light and also let you open the window and have air flowing through. As you can see they are sometimes adjustable like these. Often they are fixed when used on cupboard or wardrobe/closet doors.
