Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund unless you have already been in the process of enquiring about an issue and it is still unresolved.
Please send us an email to notify why you require a refund and we will endeavour to rectify any problems you may have. After any remediation if you are still unhappy with your course we will be happy to provide a refund in full.
You can also use the payment provider to process your refund directly from the email receipt you were provided with confirming your purchase. Your refund will be processed back to you in the format that you paid.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your statement again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
